About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver instructor-led training across classroom and shop-floor settings, focusing on safety, compliance, and technical fundamentals.
  • Leverage manufacturing insights to continuously audit and update training content, ensuring it remains technically relevant to evolving shop-floor requirements.
  • Support the accuracy of training records and certifications within LMS and readiness trackers.
  • Maintain and optimize training facilities and technology to provide a world-class learning environment.
  • Lead the end-to-end orientation lifecycle, evolving the curriculum to ensure it reflects the current business landscape and cultural values.
  • Coordinate readiness activities such as safety training, badge support, PPE guidance, and day one logistics.
  • Act as the ultimate escalation point for onboarding barriers, proactively driving cross-functional solutions to prevent delays in personnel readiness.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to align hiring with program-specific needs and shift requirements.
  • Design and facilitate the transition process from the training environment to the production floor, ensuring managers are equipped to receive and mentor new talent.
  • Represent the organization at hiring events and support partnerships with technical schools and workforce agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and accumulation of 5 years aerospace manufacturing experience in either composites, structures, or low observable coatings and/or related education experience
  • Ability to lead hands on instructor-led training and deliver presentations to large employee groups
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues with limited oversight
  • Ability to interface with employees, managers, and cross-functional business partners
  • Must possess working knowledge of manufacturing, production, or operations environments
