• Work within our in-house PPC team to plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
• Take ownership of channel performance, achieving targets and explaining any variance to leadership and stakeholders in management commentary or other forums as required.
• Develop and execute best-practice PPC strategies to meet business goals, including keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network strategies.

• Generate innovative ideas to challenge and reshape existing best practices.
• Stay up to date with search engine updates and PPC industry trends.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to drive growth and improve owned categories.
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure the successful delivery of performance goals.

Paid Search Campaign Manager

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
• Own campaign performance end-to-end — from creative briefs and audience targeting to bid strategy, budget allocation, and A/B testing
• Monitor daily performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates across all markets
• Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, beta features, and industry trends — and be the first to test what's new
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly/monthly reports that surface actionable insights, not just vanity metrics
• Collaborate with the design and content team to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives — bringing a strong eye for what converts
• Conduct competitor analysis and ad benchmarking to identify whitespace and inform campaign strategy
• Support budget planning, pacing, and monthly spend reconciliation across platforms and markets
• Work closely with the growth and product team to align campaign messaging with landing page experience and funnel conversion
• Contribute to influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including tracking and attribution setup

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve efficiency and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, event implementation, and campaign measurement.
• Manage creative requests and coordinate with design teams to produce ad assets that meet platform requirements and campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using social ad platforms, Google Analytics, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
