• Act as the key point of contact for internal partners on payroll questions and issues while managing sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with external partners (Payroll Vendors, Payroll Aggregators, TPAs, etc.) to facilitate setup, functionality, and ongoing monitoring of Payroll 180/360, including new plans, plan changes, and test files.
