Outside Sales

• Conduct consultative technical visits to customers;
• Assist in monitoring product deliveries to customers;
• Create customer records and track order releases;
• Perform after-sales follow-up and monitor customer satisfaction;
• Participate in trade shows, sales events, and brand promotion activities;
• Actively prospect new clients and provide specialized consulting;

• Recruit students through internal and external activities across all commercial channels (companies, schools, door-to-door, NGOs, fairs, events, guerrilla marketing, competitor entrance exams, public exams/contests, corporate events, etc.);
• Carry out external activities at companies, schools, retail businesses, NGOs, churches, and other locations aligned with our services;
• Act as an educational consultant, providing information about course offerings, duration, job market prospects, and other relevant details;
• Generate leads and/or direct prospects to the enrollment websites;
• Perform follow-up on client portfolios, enrollment commitments, and commercial accounts (companies and schools);
• Organize materials for engagement (brochures, office supplies, etc.);
• Complete performance reports in Excel.

Junior Field Sales Analyst

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with specialty bicycle shops in the Belo Horizonte region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Monitor commercial indicators and sales targets.
• Track store and product performance and implement strategies to maximize sales.
• Provide technical and commercial support to partner stores.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Analyze market data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies as needed.

External Sales Representative, Mid-level

• Support the field sales team in managing the customer portfolio, assisting with territory coverage and initial customer contact with a straightforward approach and team guidance.
• Accompany sales visits, helping identify basic customer needs and forwarding opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Assist in organizing sales routines, recording visit notes, and updating customer information.
• Contribute to prospecting activities and mapping opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop knowledge of commercial processes and sales dynamics, supporting the team whenever necessary.

Young Apprentice – Field Sales, Retail

• Conduct visits to existing clients and prospect new customers
• Provide direct service to retail accounts (supermarkets, grocery stores, etc.)
• Present products and negotiate commercial terms
• Monitor orders, deliveries and post-sales support
• Meet sales targets and area KPIs

• Manage the existing client portfolio
• Prospect new clients
• Identify business opportunities
• Ensure distribution of the product portfolio.

External Sales Representative, Junior

• Perform external customer service activities for the company's clients;
• Provide information about products and materials; clarify technical questions related to projects;
• Prepare quotes, respond to requests for quotations, and negotiate;
• Monitor and track ongoing orders, checking for issues and deadlines and requesting corrective actions as needed;
• Conduct client prospecting activities by contacting potential customers and presenting the company and its products;
• Analyze customer orders and offer alternative products or services.

External Sales Representative — Electrical Materials

• Construir e fortalecer o relacionamento com nossa base de clientes, identificando oportunidades de novos negócios;
• Prospectar ativamente novos clientes, ampliando nossa rede de parcerias;
• Manter o CRM sempre atualizado, registrando o histórico de interações e acompanhando a pipeline de oportunidades;
• Atuar em todas as etapas do processo comercial, inicialmente com apoio da liderança e, posteriormente, de forma autônoma;
• Estudar e se aprofundar nas soluções CAD, CAM e MES, aplicando esse conhecimento no atendimento a diferentes perfis de clientes (engenharia, gestão e diretoria);
• Realizar visitas presenciais a clientes, inicialmente acompanhado(a) pelo gestor(a) e, após o período de treinamento, de forma independente.

Vendedor Externo

• Liderar e desenvolver o time de representantes de vendas externas (field sales), promovendo uma cultura de alta performance e foco em resultados.
• Elaborar e executar estratégias comerciais para aumento de share, penetração de mercado e fidelização de clientes.
• Acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs), propondo planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos resultados.
• Realizar visitas de campo com o time, apoiando no fechamento de negócios e desenvolvimento de oportunidades.
• Garantir a correta execução do funil de vendas e uso das ferramentas de CRM.
• Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com outras áreas (Marketing, Produto, Customer Success, etc.) para garantir o alinhamento estratégico e operacional.
• Analisar dados de mercado e concorrência, contribuindo com insights para ajustes de estratégia comercial.
• Participar da definição de metas, políticas comerciais e processos de vendas.
