Outside Sales Representative, Medical Supplies

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-person visits with healthcare clients to present products and solutions;
- Prospect new customers and markets;
- Conduct commercial negotiations focused on results and long-term relationships;
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance indicators;
- Monitor after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Update the CRM with visits, proposals and ongoing negotiations;
- Participate in technical and commercial training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the hospital, medical, or pharmaceutical sector;
- Strong negotiation skills, active listening and emotional intelligence;
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the region (own vehicle required);
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus);
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
