• Proactively research and identify new marketplace supplier candidates across target categories, using competitive analysis, industry resources, and internal category gaps as inputs
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective suppliers, articulate SupplyHouse’s marketplace value proposition, and manage the early-stage relationship through qualification
• Coordinate with Category Management to prioritize and schedule new supplier conversations, ensuring alignment with category strategy before advancing candidates
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for approved suppliers, including agreement coordination, contract administration, data requirements communication, and timeline management
• Lead technical feed setup and validation for new suppliers—mapping product data, verifying feed accuracy, and resolving data quality issues prior to go-live
• Train new suppliers on SupplyHouse’s systems, data standards, and operational requirements, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the platform

• Document onboarding processes and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent, repeatable execution as the supplier base grows
• Develop and maintain claims, warranty, and returns processes for marketplace suppliers, ensuring clear guidelines and consistent execution across the supplier base
• Monitor post-launch supplier performance and flag issues with service levels, data quality, or accounting discrepancies for resolution
• Review weekly feeds for new item suggestions and coordinate with Category Management on additions
• Research competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement in content, imagery, and positioning
• Conduct image audits and data cleanup including attribute and filter updates on new brand
• Own SOP creation and ongoing maintenance for marketplace operational workflows
• Test and document new marketplace features and platform capabilities within the supplier dashboards
• Execute ad hoc operational projects including data cleanup, content audits, and cross-system reconciliation
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and support execution
• Respond to basic marketplace customer inquiries escalated from Customer Service or order fulfillment, and review processed returns to identify trends
• Reconcile discrepancies between freight and non-freight shipping methods and partner with Product Catalog to update item dimensions as needed
• Monitor out-of-stock items and communicate gaps to the Merchandising team; support price update processes to maintain alignment between SupplyHouse and supplier pricing

Marketplace Operations Manager

• Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies’ charter school portfolio
• Oversee charter schools in South Carolina and Ohio, ensuring academies operate with excellence while meeting enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals
• Partner closely with Academy Directors and cross-functional leaders to drive enrollment growth, student persistence, academic achievement, and charter performance
• Collaborate with the RVP, Board Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support governing boards, authorizers, and strategic charter initiatives
• Ensure compliance with charter contracts, state regulations, federal requirements, and organizational policies
• Monitor compliance, operational, and academic risk areas and implement corrective actions as needed
• Oversee charter school operations across multiple states and support the successful launch and integration of new charter schools and partnerships.

Regional Vice President, Charter Operations

• The Operations Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Learner Development.
• You will be the primary execution partner to the Sr. Director of Product Operations, promoting program operations, managing Learner Development Team (LDT) resource allocation, and managing learner experience and pilot logistics.
• You will focus on project management, capacity planning, process tracking, and operational coordination
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for MAS leadership review and presentation.

When drafting correspondence for the Founder, write in his voice: warm, concise, relationally attuned, and free of anything that reads as templated or corporate. Maintain a proof-of-listening standard in all external communication, mirroring the language of the pastor or leader being served. Draft correspondence for prospects, customers, partners, and Pushpay leadership, including follow-ups tied to active sales conversations.
• Calendar Management: Maintain leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs, ensuring time is protected for high-leverage work and active deals.
• Email Management & Executive Communication: Inbox organization, ensuring proper filing, prioritization, and prompt and timely responses. Specifically for the Founder, manage the inbox end to end, triaging, drafting, and responding on his behalf with full authority.
• Travel Management: Book and manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, ensuring adherence to company travel policy with precision and zero surprises.
• Executive Operations: Create agendas, distribute meeting prep materials, support creation of slide decks, and publish notes/action items. Prepare briefing documents ahead of key meetings, including SteerCo sessions, customer conversations, and Pushpay leadership touchpoints. Serve as a connective layer between the Founder and internal teams (product, customer success, Pushpay counterparts), keeping information flowing and decisions moving.
• Presentation Support: Lead in the development of on-brand, visually appealing presentation graphics and presentation slides.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and high degree of ethical standards at all times, handling sensitive matters including deal terms, personnel topics, and financial information with absolute discretion.
• Priority Management: Keep leaders advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Track commitments across sales, product, and integration workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Reporting Coordination: Coordinate the creation of and on-time submission of regularly scheduled reports.
• Expense Management: Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for leaders; review submitted reports for accuracy and pre-approval.
• Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual activities that build team connection and strengthen workplace culture, including team building events and social gatherings; recognition celebrations and milestone acknowledgments; and seasonal events.
• Digital Presence and Personal Brand: Own the Founder’s social media schedule end-to-end, planning, drafting, and publishing content across platforms. Curate and develop content that positions the Founder as a trusted voice on shepherding, congregant engagement, and church leadership. Repurpose talks, sales conversations, and customer wins into thought leadership content, monitoring engagement and surfacing opportunities.
• Special Projects: Complete a variety of special projects including supporting staff recognition and morale; creating presentations, financial spreadsheets and special reports. Take ownership of initiatives the Founder delegates, from event planning to customer-facing collateral, and represent the Founder in meetings when appropriate, capturing decisions and driving follow-through.
• Flexible Support: Perform additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Executive Operations & Communication Manager

• Support QVC's inbound or outbound operations and maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
