About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist Program Leaders in creating and maintaining sub-system integrated schedules, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and cross-functional sub-systems
- Lead Critical Deliverables and Program integrated schedules daily management leveraging the applicable tools (e.g. Pathfinder)
- Drive Controls internal program periodic reviews
- Manage KPIs and the L3 Bowler to track and report on sub-system performance
- Own the sub-system budget and assist Functional Managers with SW&L & PO requests
- Oversee resource demand planning ensuring alignment with program needs
- Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, focusing on automation and simplification
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
- Experience in product development, design, or technology-focused environments
- Strong project/program management skills, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional and global teams
- Fluency in English
