• Lead and support export operations from demand generation through shipment, after-sales service, and compliance with international trade laws, export controls, and ASSA ABLOY’s Code of Conduct.
• Manage and strengthen internal and external distributor relationships to promote ANSI solutions, maximize export market penetration, and optimize global sales channel coverage.
• Develop and execute market-specific growth plans, including special pricing programs, customer engagement strategies, and tools to track market and customer activity.
• Maintain current market intelligence, including ASSA ABLOY’s position, competitor activity, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in destination markets.

• Define and own the technical roadmap for our lifecycle tooling ecosystem (e.g., Braze), ensuring total data stability, governance, and future-proof documentation.
• Lead cross-functional work alongside Lifecycle Marketing, Data Engineering and Data Analytics to define and maintain source of truth lifecycle data models (events, attributes, segments, composite scores, propensity models).
• Drive operational efficiency by architecting AI-driven automation workflows and internal tooling to eliminate repetitive production overhead.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle marketers to systematize journey designs and briefs into robust, testable flows in Braze (or equivalent)
• Implement and maintain scalable templates, modular components, and reusable logic.

• Monitor, track, and evaluate LCC carrier performance to key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Responsible for leading LCC carrier management to establish countermeasures and improvement plans are created and executed and follow up with carrier regarding progress being made to these countermeasures
• Lead on-site LCC carrier activities to include 12 – 16 by 5 coverage for all issues not limited to natural disasters, operation shutdowns, business continuity plans, etc.
