About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the management of a subset of the foreign exchange functions
Establish strategic plans in support of corporate goals and objectives
Implement new policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance
Act as a liaison with front and middle office
Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a team of direct reports
Resolve strategic or compliance-related issues
Provide direction in establishing new policies, procedures, and technology
Monitor, analyze, and report on area productivity to senior management
Prepare, monitor, control, and report on area performance
Establish quality of service level for the area
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of leadership experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
5 or more years of Foreign Exchange experience
Leadership in Foreign Exchange
Proven leadership skills
Ability to manage through a fast-paced environment
Experience with Wall Street systems
Experience with MTS
