About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a distributed team of Fleet Technicians across multiple states
- Build technician schedules and ensure regional fleet commitments are met
- Handle regional fleet performance metrics and report regularly
- Conduct root cause analysis on field issues and manage parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing field service operations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in field service, fleet operations, or technical field management
- Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams
- Hands-on technical background in electromechanical systems, robotics, or closely related fields
- Proven experience in improving reliability KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Availability to travel up to 50% within the Central Region
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
