Human Resource Development – Online Facilitation

• Partnering deeply with User Voice’s leadership team to develop and execute strategic People initiatives.
• Positioning yourself as a strategic member of the leadership teams and a trusted advisor to their leads; guiding and coaching leaders on the full gamut of People challenges and opportunities.
• Developing a deep understanding of the business opportunities and challenges we’re working to solve for and delivering tailored people strategies and solutions.
• Providing thought leadership and coaching Leads through rapid organisational change and growth with poise, bringing calm, clarity and systems thinking in fast paced, ambiguous contexts.
• Partnering with HR COEs to bring their expertise to help solve business challenges or accelerate opportunities whilst also delivering cyclical HR programs, such as performance, growth, pulse surveys and reward reviews.
• Collaborating with the broader People Partnering and People team to leverage the collective expertise to shape Canva wide opportunities and share the opportunities to learn from each other in how to drive operational excellence.

Senior HR Business Partner, User Voice

• Prepare, update, and manage position descriptions for roles and templates.
• Manage recruitment activities through the Inlogik ticketing and applicant tracking systems.
• Create and manage internal and external job advertisements.
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates, manage unsuitable applicants, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications, offers, and negotiations.
• Conduct security and background checks while ensuring privacy and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding across all platforms for new employees.
• Ensure software, hardware, assets, and system access are ready for day one.
• Create, manage, and complete onboarding and offboarding checklists.
• Welcome new employees on their first day, including team introductions and office, safety, and emergency briefings.
• Manage offboarding and termination processes, ensuring asset return and system access removal by last working day.
• Complete all termination and compliance documentation accurately.
• Support the HR Director with onboarding, role changes, offboarding, staff correspondence, and HR projects.
• Maintain HR/TA documentation, workflows, security and background checks, and ensure privacy and compliance standards are met.

Senior HR Coordinator

• Lead by example as a culture ambassador, partnering with business leaders and internal groups to drive change and proactively manage impacts to team members
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance across performance improvement, ER issues, conflict resolution, compensation, payroll, engagement, development, and career development
• Support high-impact annual P&C programs including performance management, compensation planning, engagement initiatives, and succession planning
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to scope, implement, and drive consistent adoption of P&C programs across the organization
• Liaise with Centres of Expertise to foster ONE team culture and drive the evolution of our P&C business and governance
• Support and participate in large-scale people projects with the Manager of P&C, including integration of acquired businesses across the APAC region
• Help transform HR analytics into powerful business insights and provide the Manager of P&C with compelling, data-driven recommendations

HR Business Partner

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job ad posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, proactively managing communications to deliver a professional, engaging, and timely experience while keeping applicants informed and supported throughout the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and support efficient and effective hiring outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment pipelines within HR systems
• Assist in building talent pipelines and supporting sourcing activities for current and future workforce needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall candidate experience
• Support a smooth transition from offer through to onboarding, ensuring new starters feel welcomed and set up for success from day one
• Prepare & maintain HR documentation including contracts of employment, variations & other employment letters
• Assist with onboarding of new employees, including training, IT, sending welcome packs & following up probation reviews.
• Monitor & action the shared Human Resources inbox for general enquiries & escalating matters as appropriate
• Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep of HR systems and personnel files in alignment with PLG’s policy and legislative requirements
• Assist with internal audits & maintenance of registers, training & compliance items (licences, police clearances etc.)
• Assist with Human Resources projects & continuous improvement initiatives – with lots of exciting things happening in this space!
• Facilitate employee engagement, reward & recognition programs – the best bit!

Talent & HR Coordinator

• Act as a trusted operational partner to Managers, Employees and People Partners, enabling a consistent and positive HR experience.
• Support employee relations case management, including documentation, investigation support, and consistent application of policies (in partnership with ER/IR as needed)
• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and best-practice people processes
• Provide advice and interpretation on contract and policy application
• Improve the quality and reliability of people data by actively supporting Workday as the single source of truth and contributing to compliance-focused initiatives
• Support policy reviews and continuous improvement HR frameworks
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational initiatives and the uplift of HR capability nationally
• Assist HR People Partners with complex case management, organisational change activities and workforce planning considerations
