HR Business Partner
Clyde & CoHR Business Partner for Clyde & Co supporting strategic people initiatives and coaching leadership. Managing employee lifecycle activities while fostering an inclusive culture within the firm.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach and support Partners on culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, performance management and talent development
- Provide expert technical and commercial advice on employee relations matters, employment rights and obligations, probations, performance concerns and terminations
- Manage people operations across designated business units, partnering with HR Coordinators
- Partner with senior HR leaders on annual people processes
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
