About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coach and support Partners on culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, performance management and talent development
  • Provide expert technical and commercial advice on employee relations matters, employment rights and obligations, probations, performance concerns and terminations
  • Manage people operations across designated business units, partnering with HR Coordinators
  • Partner with senior HR leaders on annual people processes
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
