About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain data integrity within people systems and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
  • Empower regional teams to focus on strategic initiatives by executing foundational administrative operations with care and precision.
  • Own frontline operational delivery for global processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Identify system friction points and drive automation and AI process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in human resources or people operations ideally in a global technology company.
  • Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and implementing system/process improvements.
  • Experience improving manual processes and integrating AI efficiencies into workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication skills to assist employees with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset actively contributing to a team-first environment.
