About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain data integrity within people systems and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
- Empower regional teams to focus on strategic initiatives by executing foundational administrative operations with care and precision.
- Own frontline operational delivery for global processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Identify system friction points and drive automation and AI process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in human resources or people operations ideally in a global technology company.
- Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and implementing system/process improvements.
- Experience improving manual processes and integrating AI efficiencies into workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills to assist employees with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborative mindset actively contributing to a team-first environment.
