• Salesforce development: Design and build solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, using Apex, LWC, and Flows depending on what the problem requires.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work directly with Sales and Marketing to understand business problems, challenge requirements, and turn ideas into maintainable, production-grade solutions.
• Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs, with Java or SuiteScript where custom logic is required.

• Lead tool selection and procurement — partner with functional leaders to evaluate, select, and procure new business systems. Bring a rigorous requirements lens, an eye for total cost of ownership, and a clear point of view on integration and data implications.
• Own configuration and administration of business systems — establish standards for how tools get configured, who can change them, and how changes are reviewed. Move us from informal admin work to a disciplined, requirements-driven practice.
• Build the integration and middleware layer — design and operate the connective tissue between systems - starting with key GTM systems (iPaaS, APIs, event streams) - so data flows reliably and intentionally between the tools that capture it and the systems that consume it.
• Own data ingestion & pipeline infrastructure — partner closely with the Analytics team to ensure data flows are set up, on time, and working consistently in both directions - source-system data lands in the warehouse cleanly, and relevant internal apps data is flowing back to tools as needed as well.
• Partner across the executive layer — work with leaders in Revenue, Customer, People, Finance, and Marketing to understand their workflows, surface trade-offs, and make sure the systems serving them are coherent with Jane's broader architecture.

• Design and improve the core workflows that connect Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Logistics, Product, and Engineering.
• Own and improve operational processes across billing, invoicing, customer deployments, fulfillment, shipping, vendor management, and support workflows.
• Build an automation-first operating model by identifying repetitive, manual, or error-prone tasks and redesigning them using AI tools, workflow automation, lightweight systems, and clear process rules.

• Own the financial operating model. Support FP&A, headcount planning, unit economics, pricing analysis, and the kind of zero-based budgeting questions that come up when every dollar matters.
• Drive deep-dive analyses on the highest-leverage questions in the business, whether that's a new market entry, a pricing change, a GTM motion, or a product bet. Frame the problem, build the model, ship the recommendation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that don't have a natural owner. Pick them up, scope them, staff them, and drive them to a decision or a ship.
• Build and scale the internal operating stack. Identify where we are leaking time, design the process or tooling to fix it, and deploy AI aggressively wherever it creates leverage.
• Support corporate development and fundraising workstreams, including investor materials, diligence, competitive and market research, and target evaluation.
• Act as a force multiplier for the executive team, with the judgment to know when to execute yourself, when to delegate, and when to flag a decision up.
