About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Business & Systems Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and growth.
- Partner with team members to create meaningful career development plans and support progression through coaching, mentorship, stretch assignments, and targeted development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance and career conversations, providing timely feedback that supports individual growth and business outcomes.
- Lead succession planning and knowledge retention efforts, identifying critical expertise, talent risks, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with leaders across Canadian Delivery to proactively anticipate talent needs and ensure the chapter is positioned to support current and future demand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, career development, engagement, and support for team well-being.
- Strong stakeholder partnership and delivery leadership skills, with experience aligning team members to business priorities and outcomes.
- Experience with workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent allocation, and supporting teams through change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across leadership levels and teams.
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
