• Blend live sessions, hands-on simulations, certifications, call reviews, and eLearning into a modern onboarding experience.
• Define ramp KPIs, build dashboards, track impact, and iterate relentlessly.
• Develop structured certification programs that reinforce product mastery and sales execution.
• Lead engaging onboarding sessions that build confidence, clarity, and connection from day one.
• Ensure onboarding keeps up with the fast-paced environment at Zenity.
