• Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships
• Build deep, meaningful relationships with school partners
• Generate increasing demand for Zen educators, including teachers and paraprofessionals
• Upsell Zen products and services within the school partner portfolio
• Act as a responsive central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders
• Report key trends and feedback to the Product team
• Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles
• Maintain contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems

• Interact with candidates and maintain positive relationships to create a great candidate experience
• Increase the number of talented candidates and help place them by matching their skills to school requirements
• Organise vetting processes and ensure all right-to-work checks are completed
• Collaborate with sales and technology teams to improve efficiency
