About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to team success by increasing the number of new candidates on the platform
Help ensure smooth daily business operations, including candidate availability for cover and fulfilment of short-term bookings
Carry out onboarding processes and assessments for teachers and teaching assistants
Interact with candidates and maintain positive relationships to create a great candidate experience
Increase the number of talented candidates and help place them by matching their skills to school requirements
Organise vetting processes and ensure all right-to-work checks are completed
Collaborate with sales and technology teams to improve efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for companies with positive social impact and the education sector
Adaptable growth mindset and willingness to work in a fast-moving environment
Bias for action and desire to take ownership
Experience and/or strong knowledge of the education sector is a big plus
Interest in working as part of a sales team
Passion for interacting with and managing customer relationships
Strong knowledge of the UK education sector is helpful but not essential
Formal qualifications or teaching experience are a plus, not essential
