Implementation Specialist

• Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite as the company's primary accounting and financial management system
• Analyze current business processes and recommend best‑practice financial and operational workflows
• Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, approval processes, reporting, dashboards, and user permissions to align with business needs
• Design and implement Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including customer invoicing, vendor billing, and approval workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions

• Maintain existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
• Triage and fix breakages: failed refreshes, broken visuals, DAX errors, gateway issues, upstream schema changes
• Write and optimize SQL against our SQL Server warehouse to source new datasets
• Build new reports and modify existing ones as Finance and Ops request them
• Update the data model when source tables change: add tables, adjust relationships, document what you touched
• Monitor scheduled refreshes and flag recurring issues with a root-cause fix, not a patch
• Working model: Async-first with a weekly 30-minute check-in with the Director of Finance
• Ticket-based intake for new requests; SLA targets agreed up front (e.g., critical break = same business day; new report = 5–10 business days depending on scope)
• Monthly summary of work completed, hours used, and backlog

Data & Reporting Analyst – Part Time

Data Entry

• Enter new loads into the TMS quickly and accurately
• Confirm all shipment details are complete and correct
• Upload and organize all supporting documents (rate cons, BOLs, etc.)
• Communicate with internal team members to clarify any missing info
• Track active shipments and monitor progress in real time
• Check in on trucks for pickup and delivery updates
• Respond to internal requests for load status and updates
• Identify potential issues (delays, missed pickups, etc.) early
• Escalate any service issues immediately to the Lead Broker
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information in the TMS
• Ensure real-time visibility across all active shipments
• Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams
• Support operations by keeping loads organized and on track.
• Uphold a high standard of urgency, accuracy, and accountability
