  • Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Microsoft Excel, and email platforms to manage daily operations
  • Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, factoring companies, and internal departments to resolve documentation, billing, and payment-related issues
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation documentation requirements
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a similar industry
  • Experience with freight documentation, invoicing, billing, or customer account management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
