About the role
- Manage retention of active book of business of 15-20 Fortune 500 companies
- Engage Value additive outreach aligned with the client's strategic priorities
- Own timely delivery and responsiveness to inbound requests
- Identification and progression of upsell opportunities
- Mapping of business units and key contacts, with which to build new relationships
- Excel at advanced data solution design and advising on strategic business questions
- Keep close collaboration with the product team in managing data deliverables and scoping new product builds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Passionate about making your clients successful
- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base through discovery
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- Self-starter and team player
- Can drive business outcomes with autonomy and accountability
- Cannot consider candidates who currently or in the future will require visa sponsorship
