About the role
- Manage retention of an active book of business of 15-20 Fortune 500 companies
- Drive client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, favorable renewals, and commercial success
- Engage in value-additive outreach aligned with clients' strategic priorities
- Own timely delivery and responsiveness to inbound requests
- Identify and progress upsell opportunities
- Map business units and key contacts to build new relationships
- Design advanced data solutions and advise on strategic business questions
- Collaborate closely with the product team to manage data deliverables and scope new product builds
- Support sales growth and work with a commercial lead on commercial initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Ability to think holistically about accounts and build strategic relationships
- Passionate about making clients successful
- Proactively identify value-adding opportunities through discovery
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to drive business outcomes with autonomy and accountability
- Experience mapping business units and building relationships across stakeholders
- Advanced data solution design and advising on strategic business questions
- Experience collaborating with product teams on data deliverables and product scoping
- Ability to drive sales growth and identify upsell opportunities
- Must be able to work East Coast work hours
