Own and cultivate relationships with clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption
Understand the client base and the jobs that need to be done; become a trusted resource and thought partner
Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally and create and execute account growth & engagement strategies
Manage commercial strategy: develop rapport with key decision-makers, partner with cross-functional partners to set and execute account strategy, and identify upsell opportunities to augment contract value
Partner with Business Development Executives to support clients in making better investment decisions
Provide proactive engagement and real-time responses to ensure key questions are answered and value is maximized from product offering
Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the growing Investor team
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Ability to build strategic relationships within your book of business to support renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities
Passionate about making your clients successful and care deeply about their investment questions and process
Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base and materialize them through research
Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
Self-starter and team player
Energized by contributing to the future of data-driven investment research and interested in investment research and the markets
Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally and partner with Business Development Executives
