General

• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new partners; identify potential suppliers and ensure their transformation into long-term, trusted business partners within the system.
• Identify manufacturing partners aligned with the company’s targeted technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance; conduct on-site evaluations and integration activities.
• Expand the network with partners having diverse manufacturing technologies and capabilities through fieldwork, fairs, events, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, project, operations, etc.) to identify required manufacturing competencies and ensure the acquisition of suitable partners.
• Ensure partner sustainability and long-term engagement through development plans and regular follow-up.

Supplier Development Specialist

• Following and controlling the production processes of the orders given to the production partners (additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting and press brake bending, volume molding, etc.)
• Ensuring project coordination by communicating with customers and production partners during the project.
• Support of the manufacturing process: control of dates and dispatch, organization of delivery and quality control of the products.
• Technical support to production partners.
• Solving problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers that occur during order processing.
• Undertaking the management of the relevant project between the production partner and the customer during the production period.
• Following the logistics process of work packages from production partners.
• Supervision of the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM and ERP systems.
• Contacting the production partner for rework and/or remanufacturing for work packages with quality problems.

Order Fulfillment Specialist

IT Support

• Credit Decisioning: Evaluate the initial creditworthiness of new and existing customers by processing credit applications, pulling credit reports, and gathering necessary financial statements and industry data for management review.
• Policy Enforcement: Execute daily credit operations with strict adherence to established credit and collection policies, ensuring a constant balance between risk mitigation and business growth.
• Account Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies, including unapplied cash, short payments, credit memos, and misapplied funds, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable ledger.
• Workflow & Task Management: Efficiently manage daily assigned tasks and system queues, taking ownership of designated portfolios and routing specific action items or escalated cases to appropriate internal departments (e.g., Sales, Billing) for prompt resolution.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate closely and professionally with the Sales Department to gather required documentation, communicate account statuses, and support the smooth onboarding of key accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure all individual credit and collection activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal SOX control requirements and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Credit Specialist

Account Manager

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing data to improve supplier performance by enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards.
• Identify performance / training gaps within your portfolio and develop strategies to improve partner outcomes.
• Create and implement partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards, akin to supplier quality assurance.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including eligibility identification, sufficient vetting to quality requirements, and promotion/demotion dependent on individual Partner Performance.
• Develop tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities and performance, mirroring supplier development initiatives.
• Manage operational escalations and provide timely resolutions to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and maintain a robust network.
• Serve as the ITAR conversion leader.
• Conduct on-site assessments to establish best practices and promote “Xometry Certified” partners.

• Influence the roadmaps, priorities, and resourcing of partner engineering, product, and business teams.
• Serve as the technical architect for the embedded DFM AI + IQE track, leading the integration of Xometry’s proprietary AI directly into the Siemens ecosystem.
• Design and implement efficient workflows for data preparation, cleaning, and augmentation to support the training of generative AI models.
• Serve as a respected subject matter expert and mentor to scientists and engineers across the organization.

Principal Data Scientist – Gen AI

• Own and drive an 18-24 month technical roadmap that balances innovation with disciplined business value delivery.
