About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively pitch and close high-potential manufacturing partners.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-energy team of Acquisition Specialists.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, call coaching, and script reviews.
  • Partner with Marketing to build multi-channel recruitment campaigns.
  • Identify specific manufacturing verticals or geographic regions needing more capacity.
  • Drive daily and weekly accountability for activity volume and conversion rates.
  • Monitor the health of the acquisition pipeline and implement process fixes.
  • Deliver updates to leadership on acquisition costs, partner quality, and team progress toward quarterly growth targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role (e.g., SDR Manager, Inside Sales Manager, or Partner Acquisition Lead).
  • Experience in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, supply chain, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), sales engagement tools (Outreach/Salesloft), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker).
