Senior Manager, Express

Customer Support

• Supervises, coordinates, and controls airport passenger service functions.
• Monitors the quality and quantity of work performance.

Air Cargo Customer Service Supervisor

Operations

• Monitor inbound and outbound flight activity, including computer data input and manual revisions
• Prepare daily reports on domestic and international arrivals and departures, including FIDS updates and inputting schedule and gate changes
• Coordinate with departments and contractors for emergency situations and fuel stops at the terminal
• Manage gate control and assign gates for charter flights

Agent, Airport Operations

Administrative Assistant

• Reads and routes incoming mail to appropriate individual.
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes and overnight packages.
• Prepares cash deposits, where applicable.
• Composes and types routine correspondence.
• Answers, routes and screens telephone calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greets walk in traffic and scheduled visitors and escorts to appropriate area or person.

• Serve as the senior operational point of contact for key airline partners within passenger services, monitoring contract performance and ensuring alignment with agreed terms and act as escalation point for service matters and corrections.
• Provide oversight of passenger services performance across assigned stations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Define and embed WFS passenger service standards across all assigned stations, ensuring alignment with airline-specific brand and service requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of WFS passenger services training strategy, including onboarding, recurrent training, and leadership development.

Director Passenger Services, Customer Experience

Airport Operations Agent

• The Assistant General Manager plans, directs, and coordinates, through subordinate personnel, activities to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.

• The Senior Manager Express Amazon will be responsible for the management of warehouse operations and ramp operations while also working with internal and external executive-level contract partners to ensure efficient handling of Express cargo throughput for our SEA operations.
• Ability to plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote a workplace culture of teamwork, self-motivation, and pride within a diversified and multi-cultural work environment.
• Develop next level leaders and managers in both leadership and management skills.
• Supervise staff to meet business needs and facilitate successful outcomes by following carrier’s Service Level Agreement performance standards.
• Ensure operational leadership is monitoring and instructing Lead Agents and Warehouse Agents to follow safety rules and safety standards that are in place.
• Wear a safety vest at all times while working, walking, or operating equipment within a Worldwide Flight Services warehouse.
• Participate in recruiting activities, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
• Assist in employee relations and/or conflict resolution, prepare performance appraisals, provide input for counseling and terminations.
• Demonstrate diligence required to maintain security under Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Airport Police, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Customs/Border Protection (USCBP) Regulations and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
• Challenge any persons not displaying an airport I.D. badge within a WFS warehouse or any Airport Operational Area. (AOA).

Procurement

• Lead the design, documentation, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled procurement systems supporting sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, compliance monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Translate business requirements into system workflows, prompts, data inputs, validation rules, dashboards, and user procedures.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, configure, test, and deploy procurement technology solutions.
• Implement and manage AI-supported contract review processes for supplier agreements, NDAs, amendments, and statements of work.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to identify risk patterns, benchmark commercial terms, flag deviations, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Manager, Procurement Technology

Recruitment

• Communicate regularly with new hires information, including but not limited to, all aspects of airport badging and onboarding a candidate.
• Manages candidate communications, schedules interviews and assessments, and helps track progress throughout the hiring pipeline.
• Track in detail new hire progress to ensure all pre-employment activities have been completed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate frequently with Recruiting, Operations and Training to ensure pipeline of new hires is fully ready for hire on day one.
• Act as resource for new hires during their onboarding and badging process and be able to direct them to the appropriate departments for questions related to benefits, payroll, etc.
• Accompanied by a company driver to drop off or pick up documents for employees and visitors MDAD badging office.

Recruiting Coordinator

• Responsible to greet and assist customers and ensure proper documentation and communication, internally and externally, for import operations.
• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or flight departure, review, organize, make copies and distribute accordingly.
• Travel to Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flight upon arrival or departure of flight to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify Broker or Freight Forwarder on the Master Airway Bill (MAWB) of shipment’s arrival at warehouse facility or on hold.
• Provide assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and freight.
• Collect appropriate charges and document method of payment.
• Process “Customs Out” (proof of delivery) for every transaction before the customer’s departure.
• Assist in completion of MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments.
• Confirm all bookings are accepted.
• Confirm TSA mandatory screening.
• Confirm Dangerous Goods (DG) have been checked within aircraft limits and Follow specific procedure for DG shipments when received, including when shipment is abandoned by consignee.
• Data capture AWB information into airline system(s).
• Manifest flight based on information received from the warehouse.
• Print flight manifest, cargo pallet message, deadload and NOTOC and deliver to the aircraft.
• Verify post flight inventory with documents on hand.
• File maintenance of all pertinent documents and records.
