Account Executive

• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and similar entities to generate borrower referrals
• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email

ISO Sales Representative

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist in preparing financial analyses and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in methodologies and deliverables
• Support the maintenance and updating of financial models, including integrating updated historical data into monthly forecasts
• Collaborate with Automation Analysts to contribute to the development of data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Review financial data and reports, identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement to support decision-making processes
• Participate in various financial projects, providing data analysis and insights to align with company objectives
• Work remotely as a contract/consultant; prepare deliverables for WBL, a U.S.-based short-term real-estate collateralized commercial lender
• Perform duties during Eastern Time business hours (9:00am-6:00pm ET, Mon-Fri)

Investment Associate – Financial Forecast

Manager

• World Business Lenders (WBL) provides short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to U.S. small and medium businesses.
• WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
• This is a remote Contract/Consultant position; working hours 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

• Manage the Loan Administration department.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records, supervise data entry, reconcile payments, manage ACH submissions, migrations/conversions, loan fundings, and payment processing.
• Coordinate/respond to requests for loan documentation and coordinate Loan Resolutions with Asset Resolution.
• Lead preparation and approval process for loan amendments ensuring compliance.
• Perform and oversee daily audits of loan records and maintain data integrity.
• Develop/maintain processes to minimize credit and operational risks (insurance and legal documentation).
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in preparation of investment and management reports; collaborate with IT/software providers to optimize platforms.
• Generate reports on loan performance, servicing metrics, and KPIs; keep up to date on collateral values and interest rates.

Loan Servicing Manager

• WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce
• This is a Hybrid position
• Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday
