About the role

  • About World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.\n
  • WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.\n
  • Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.\n
  • The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.\n
  • You must be comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems\n

  • About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n
  • Responsibilities: As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources\n
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.\n
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline\n
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management

Requirements

  • Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required\n
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred\n
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn\n
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic\n
  • Excellent attention to detail\n
  • Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired\n
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
