• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and similar entities to generate borrower referrals
• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
• Deliver excellent customer service and exceptional experience to customers
• Work within company productivity monitoring systems and U.S. Eastern business hours expectations
