Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and similar entities to generate borrower referrals
Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
Deliver excellent customer service and exceptional experience to customers
Work within company productivity monitoring systems and U.S. Eastern business hours expectations
Requirements
Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
Resumes must be submitted in English
Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proactive approach and strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired
Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
Comfortable working with productivity monitoring systems
Generally available to work 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday
