• Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and similar entities to generate borrower referrals
• Pursue assigned leads via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support sales process in a fast-paced environment
• Work remotely as part of a U.S.-based, 100% remote team and follow Eastern Time working hours
