Accountant

• A Client Accountant responsible for the management of client relationships and accurate and timely delivery of reporting.
• Regular communication with accounts team, property managers, tenants, and clients.
• Leading the Assistant Client Accountant & Accounts Administrators ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
• Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting.
• Ensure all client KPI’s have been met.
• Training of Assistant Client Accountants and Accounts Administrators.
• Cash management of client funds ensuring money is transferred in line with client requirements.
• Client and Tenant query resolution.

Client Accountant

Administration

• An Accounts Administrator who is responsible for the accounting processes of diverse property portfolio’s consisting of commercial, industrial & retail properties.
• Regular and direct communication with the accounts team and property managers.
• Work closely with the accounts team for your portfolio of clients.
• Update control spreadsheets.
• Raise periodic and adhoc charges.
• Receipt income received into the bank.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and transfer rental income to the client.
• Ensure smooth running of the accounting department.

Accounts Administrator

Accounts Payable

• Responsible for the daily processing of supplier invoices for a diverse property portfolio.
• Regular and direct communication with the accounts team, property managers, and suppliers.
• Support the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Update control spreadsheets and manage central email inboxes.
• Load invoices to the Clients approval system and process supplier account reconciliations.
• Resolve supplier and client queries, and manage the Proforma Invoice payment process.
• Perform banking duties including BACS/CHAPS transfers.

Accounts Payable Administrator

• An Assistant Client Accountant who is responsible for the day to day accounting processes, and monthly reporting of diverse property portfolio’s consisting of commercial, industrial & retail properties.
• Regular and direct communication with the accounts team, property managers, tenants and our clients to ensure the production of accurate and timely accounting records.
• Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues both within the accounting teams and the wider business.
• High volume of processing of financial data as well as thorough reviews and reporting of this data to our clients.
• Leading the Accounts Administrators and supporting the Client Accountants within the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, and to internal and client KPIs to ensure a best in class service is delivered to all Workman clients.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting
• Cash management of client funds ensuring money is transferred in line with client requirements
• Managements of lease information
• Client and Tenant query resolution
• Preparing and transferring the rental income to the client
• Updating control spreadsheets
• Management of central inboxes
• Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the accounting department.
