• Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth on-boarding and long term success
• Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact
• Assist in developing new use-cases or by using existing templates providing proof of our solution's impact and value proposition
• Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present customer specific business cases

• Help define how AI transforms financial and regulatory reporting for the modern CFO
• Own GTM strategy for Workiva’s largest product portfolio with direct influence on revenue and market share
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape company-wide strategy
• Build and inspire a world-class global product marketing team
• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, from market insight to launch to revenue impact
• Enable Sales with best-in-class tools, narratives, and insights that accelerate pipeline and win rates
• Bring deep customer, buyer, and competitive insights into the business to inform strategy and product direction
• Anticipate market shifts, driven by AI and regulatory change, and position Workiva to lead
