• We’re hiring a VP of Growth to lead growth and marketing across our two products
• You’ll own marketing performance for Wonderly, including: Positioning and messaging for Wonderly’s core products
• Paid acquisition across large channels like Meta, Google, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.
• Influencer strategy and organic content
• Landing pages, website conversion, and funnel testing
• SEO strategy, indexing, content, and programmatic growth opportunities
• Lifecycle marketing across activation, onboarding, retention, and reactivation
• Attribution, analytics, and reporting
• Creative testing and ad iteration
• Local-market and vertical-specific growth experiments
• Sales and customer-facing enablement when needed

Onboarding Specialist

• Own the onboarding and early success of each customer
• Launch and monitor ads, website, and funnel performance
• Diagnose issues across the full funnel (ads, traffic, conversion, lead quality, customer behavior)
• Identify where performance is breaking and take action
• Work directly with customers to ensure they are following through on leads and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product gaps or issues
• Continuously improve how Wonderly performs across customers

New Grad – Customer Success and Onboarding Manager

• Talking to service business owners and getting them set up
• Cleaning up our recruiting funnel
• Building internal tooling so the team moves faster
• Standing up a new vendor

• Efficiently address customer inquiries within our Customer Support channels, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements
• Leverage knowledge base to efficiently address common customer queries
• Identify and escalate technical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Actively contribute to refining customer operations to uplift our support offerings and bolster customer retention and revenue
• Act as a pivotal bridge between customers and the product/engineering teams, channeling critical feedback and ensuring that customer-centric updates and patches are developed
