Sales Manager – New Market Launch

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networks
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms and improve campaign performance
• Create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences
• Forecast monthly performance and manage budget allocations and bid strategies to achieve campaign goals
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to maximize ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve ad copy, ad relevance, landing pages, quality scores, and conversion rates; provide post-mortem analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers) to ensure campaign-to-landing-page alignment and effectiveness
• Implement appropriate conversion pixels and confirm lead submissions are captured in MS Dynamics CRM with proper UTMs and tracking
• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, emerging PPC tools and techniques, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Search/PPC

Events

• Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation
• Identify, negotiate, and attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events and other opportunities to generate leads within your market area
• Forecast event budgets, manage inventory, and maintain approved budget
• Exceed sales lead quotas based on established KPIs
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage event teams to deliver an exceptional event experience
• Manage event representative schedules to ensure events are staffed for success
• Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow market brand presence
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate event team and individual performance
• Travel up to 40% and work weekends/evenings as required to support scheduled events

Event Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute annual sales plans including individual and team goals
• Manage hiring, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Conduct sales ride-a-longs with all sales reps to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales process
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and the competitive landscape in the assigned market
• Establish and build relationships with key partners to support the training, growth and development of the market that will lead to its success
• Responsible for negotiating pricing for the assigned territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Work with Regional Sales Director to ensure sales management best practices are consistently followed (sales meetings, ride-a-longs, sales recap reviews, customer follow-up)
