About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networks
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms and improve campaign performance
  • Create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences
  • Forecast monthly performance and manage budget allocations and bid strategies to achieve campaign goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to maximize ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve ad copy, ad relevance, landing pages, quality scores, and conversion rates; provide post-mortem analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers) to ensure campaign-to-landing-page alignment and effectiveness
  • Implement appropriate conversion pixels and confirm lead submissions are captured in MS Dynamics CRM with proper UTMs and tracking
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, emerging PPC tools and techniques, and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, SEM, and PPC
  • Experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing paid social campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snap Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with programmatic media buying and DSP platforms
  • Experience with native pay-per-click platforms (Taboola, OutBrain, etc.)
  • Proven track record managing paid search accounts with minimum spend of $500k/month
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad copy optimization, bid management, and search marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Experience forecasting monthly performance, managing budgets, and bid strategies
  • Ability to monitor, analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROAS
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers, and implementing conversion pixels and tracking
  • Experience ensuring lead submissions are captured in CRM (MS Dynamics) with appropriate UTMs and tracking parameters
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without need for visa sponsorship
