Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to measure how engagement strategies impact member acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Collaborate directly with the Growth Product team to analyze member behavior, derive actionable insights, and recommend strategies to optimize engagement and retention
Analyze member interactions throughout their lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints where engagement improvements can drive growth
Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to assess the efficacy of engagement-focused initiatives and inform product roadmap decisions
Ensure seamless integration of data from various systems to provide a unified and accurate view of member engagement metrics
Generate forward-looking recommendations to unlock new growth opportunities and present findings to leadership and the Growth Product team
Build intuitive dashboards and reports to track key engagement metrics and provide real-time insights to the Growth Product team
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a deeply analytical role, preferably within a growth or product-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong track record delivering value in an analytics organization - preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment
Creative approach to problem-solving and ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required, Python experience a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with data visualization tools
Must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office
