About the role

  • End-to-end ownership of Revenue-Cycle Management operations, ensuring efficient execution and seamless client onboarding and driving business metrics
  • Build out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper-growth environment
  • Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)
  • Be responsible for owning key operational metrics; focus on pushing metrics forward rather than hours
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams
  • Drive project management process end-to-end, ensuring timely onboarding and continuous improvement
  • High-visibility, high-impact, high-autonomy role with potential to expand scope and responsibilities as company scales

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company
  • B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science from a top 20 university
  • Advanced in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Retool, API & Web Scraping a bonus
  • Experience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architecture
  • Ability to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metrics
  • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success
  • Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous, hyper-growth environments and expertly prioritizing
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, capable of independently seeking information and delivering results
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office
