Chief Marketing Officer

• Own execution and performance of regional omni-channel commercial targets, translating strategic marketing and sales plans into outcomes that deliver both brand and business KPIs.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align WHOOP with key cultural moments, regional trends, and community-driven movements, particularly within fitness, wellness, sports, and lifestyle verticals.

• Own analysis and reporting on campaign impact, community growth, and regional performance to inform future initiatives and improve effectiveness.
• Own regional media strategy and execution in partnership with global leads to ensure effective channel mix and budget allocation.
• Collaborate on regional influencer, creator, and affiliate partnerships to increase brand visibility and conversion.
• Support wholesale expansion and optimise channel performance in coordination with internal sales and trade marketing teams.
• Localise global brand campaigns and creative assets, ensuring cultural nuance, seasonality and alignment with ANZ market dynamics.

Marketing Director – ANZ

Operations

• Own day-to-day operational execution of visual merchandising initiatives across retail environments—including new store formats, pop-ups, fixture rollouts, and retailer installations
• Partner with the Head of Visual Merchandising, Creative, and Retail Experience Design to translate creative concepts into detailed production plans, timelines, and scalable execution roadmaps, including contributing to clear creative briefs for execution partners
• Ensure consistency in materials, finishes, and build quality across regions, maintaining premium brand standards while balancing cost and scalability
• Apply regional retail expertise to ensure global concepts are executed appropriately across markets
• Manage project timelines, budgets, fabrication partners, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, shipments, and installations to support seamless regional and global rollouts
• Own proactive and reactive maintenance of in-store fixtures within assigned regions, including assessment, repair coordination, replacement planning, and issue escalation processes
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, streamline operational processes, and reduce costs while maintaining brand and material integrity

Visual Merchandising Operations Manager, EU/UK

Sales

• Align with global stakeholders on a multi-year retailer pipeline for the NA Region across various industries, including but not limited to technology, sporting goods, and marketplaces, by analyzing retail market trends and conducting in-depth retailer diligence.
• Proactively conduct retailer outreach where appropriate, create proposals, lead negotiations, and develop an onboarding plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal to execute contracts, develop SOPs to address unauthorized resellers, and establish country level wholesale policies.
• Manage & optimise existing retailer relationships, hosting quarterly business reviews with retailers to review past and forward looking performance, assortment, and marketing levers, as well as ongoing weekly touchpoints.
• Own commercial strategy, retailer level assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and POS in collaboration with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Finance, and Operations.
• Align to quarterly sales targets, reporting on progress, risks & opportunities, as well as aligning to broader company OKRs.
• Coordinate strategy with brand country managers & trade marketing counterparts to collectively grow the WHOOP membership base within country.
• Own communications internally with respect to pipeline, retailer launch status, and any bottlenecks impacting progress.

Senior Sales Manager

• Contribute to the design and development of global fixtures, supporting projects from concept through execution across retail environments—including new store formats, pop-ups, and retailer installations
• Partner with retailers, manufacturers, and WHOOP’s internal creative team to ensure a consistent, premium in-store presentation
• Collaborate with omnichannel and retail leads to shape merchandising strategies that address local customer needs while maintaining brand integrity
• Participate in creating scalable, modular toolkits and guidelines to enable regional and global rollout of retail programs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, including negotiating rates and overseeing day-to-day communication with fabrication partners to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
• Play a key role in project management—tracking milestones, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners

• Elevate our visual expression across campaign and evergreen touchpoints across large, cross-channel campaigns, as well as one-off projects and everyday iteration
• Drive concept development and execution for integrated campaigns, partnering closely with the Associate Creative Director, Copy
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Wholesale, Product, and Product Design teams to ensure our work delivers across every stage of the funnel, and that our work is rooted in insight
• Identify ways and opportunities we can test our creative, and steer the team to consistently incorporate our best practices and learnings
• Mentor and guide designers (in house and contract) to push their craft, sharpen their thinking, and deliver industry-leading work, giving timely feedback and coaching throughout the process
• Elevate our art direction and lead onset shoots, including those to build our brand asset library
• Adapt and develop our design language to be the most effective on every channel, while maintaining topline consistency
• Help maintain design team efficacy, evaluating tooling, supporting DAM maintenance, and finding opportunities for efficiency
