• Responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle from New Starter to Leaver including but not limited to; preparation of contracts, statements of employments, exit interviews and leaver documentation
• Co-ordinating and delivering the onboarding process for new employees
• Provide support to all departments and business units on, HR data, employee relations issues and general HR support.
• Lead/support as appropriate the review and updating of all company HR policies, procedures and related documentation to ensure compliance with the prevailing employment legislation in Ireland, EU and also in line with West policies and procedures.

HR Generalist

• Provide counseling services to employees.
• Demonstrate knowledge of key employee relations policies and interpret them and offering pragmatic advice on employee relations matters.
• Support and organize investigations related to hotline complaints.
• Partner with local HR leaders on key employee relation and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as the employee relation subject matter expert in partnership with your employee relation manager.
• Implement a mid/long-term strategy for elevating the employee relation function and capabilities across the organization.

Senior Specialist, HRBP, ESW

Engineer

• Assist engineers and scientists with a variety of laboratory tasks.
• Perform chemical and/or physical analyses or scientific tests using both routine and special techniques in compliance with all safety, infection control standards and - in case of computerized systems data integrity requirements.
• Collect, analyze and process laboratory samples, record results of tests, organize data, and prepare reports and analyses using standard procedures and guidelines.
• Oversee work for timely completion of a complaint investigation and response to the various customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding complaints, product issues and returned devices.
• Identify critical product issues.
• Contact appropriate support and/or management to ensure issues are reported and resolved.
• Assist with corrective action when necessary.
• Lead regular team meetings to resolve any obstacles or issues and to align on priorities.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provides financial analysis and data-driven insights across Procurement, Quality, Logistics & Trade Compliance, and OPEX.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes while developing models that quantify cost drivers, sourcing actions, and productivity initiatives.
• Builds and maintains detailed financial models across all four functions, including PPV/inflation models, COPQ calculations, savings trackers, freight/logistics simulations, and tariff impact models.

Procurement Operations Associate

Full-stack Engineer

• Liaising with the Area Manager to ensure that Production and Quality Targets are met in accordance with the Production Plan and Product Specifications.
• Ensuring all relevant Technical queries within the department are resolved and actioned accordingly.
• Responsible for ensuring the set-up and operation of CNC milling machines and Surface Grinders in the manufacture and repair of elastomer & plastic moulds, press-tools and other tooling components.
• Developing and maintaining control of Technical Procedures relating to the relevant Milling Operations.
• Leading and championing Lean Sigma programs and activities.

• Maintain and repair all aspects related to Facilities and Equipment at the Bodmin Toolshop

• Responsible for payroll processes, onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, timekeeping control, and other activities related to personnel administration.
