About the role
- Lead the CMOU development activities for West customers
- Manage and work with external development partners
- Support the creation of an environment balancing GMP compliance with product development
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand customer & business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ of progressive experience in device development & manufacturing
- Technical leader with expertise in design, development, and validation process
- Experience in New Product Introductions
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
