About the role

  • Responsible for payroll processes, onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, timekeeping control, and other activities related to personnel administration.
  • Prioritize activities according to the delivery calendar of statutory and tax reporting obligations related to people management.
  • Monitor homologation processes.
  • Monitor the correct application of and changes to labor legislation related to personnel administration.
  • Monitor the outcomes of collective bargaining agreements and manage union fees and contributions.
  • Support employee hiring and termination processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records.
  • Ensure that all department records and process evidence comply with legal requirements and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing the necessary information and documents to demonstrate departmental compliance.
  • Prepare and provide documents necessary for the prevention and defense of labor claims, acting as the company's representative (preposta) in labor hearings if required.
  • Support the preparation of the Occupational Social Security Profile (Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário - PPP) for active and inactive employees.
  • Support administration of the company's benefits programs, producing reports and providing information to employees and relevant departments.
  • Generate and review reports related to benefits integrated with payroll.
  • Assist in the administration of temporary staff, processing payments to agencies and managing contracts.
  • Assist with contribution campaigns to entities supported by the company.
  • Collaborate with management on other activities related to the area.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information under your responsibility.
  • Ensure the conservation and integrity of equipment and tools under your responsibility and report any irregularities to supervisors.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Promote occupational safety.
  • Be knowledgeable of and act to meet the requirements of the Quality Policy.
  • Observe, comply with, and enforce Internal Safety Rules.
  • Observe, comply with, and enforce the duties related to your role as described in your area's Procedures and Work Instructions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in personnel administration (HR administration).
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing companies.
  • Experience or knowledge of processes in other countries (Argentina and Colombia) is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to work on-site three times per week at our factory located in Diadema, SP (São Paulo).
