About the role

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and governance of West’s HR technology landscape, including core HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP HCM / SuccessFactors), talent systems, payroll integrations, time and attendance, and downstream enterprise integrations.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and analytics maturity.
  • Drive end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives including requirement definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Evaluate emerging HR technologies (including automation and AI-driven capabilities) and provide informed recommendations to advance West’s digital maturity.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution, process design, and/or HCM systems implementation.
  • Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred), specifically with Human Capital Management modules integration.
  • Experience in the integration of HR Systems, with payroll system, timesheet systems and ERP such as Hana S4.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and excellent communication skills are essential.
