• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions — sales, ops, engineering, and clinical roles — from sourcing to close
• Partner with hiring managers to build and refine interview plans and hiring criteria
• Source, screen, and build strong candidate pipelines, and manage the process through offer and close
• Own and continually improve our use of Ashby, our applicant tracking system, including reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline health
• Identify and implement ways to use AI to automate and streamline our hiring operations as we scale
• Build out WellTheory's employer brand and candidate experience, ensuring every candidate has a great impression of WellTheory

• Owning client implementation plans end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success

• Partner with members to set personalized, sustainable goals and support them through behavior change using a health coaching approach
• Reinforce care plans developed by Registered Dietitians and clinical staff, helping members translate recommendations into daily habits
• Support members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory lifestyle changes, addressing factors like stress, sleep, and movement
• Assess members' stages of change and readiness, adapting your coaching approach and use of motivational interviewing accordingly
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional health, autoimmune protocols, and advanced motivational interviewing techniques
• Work cross-functionally with dietitians, clinicians, and the broader care team to integrate WellTheory's care model into members' lives

Growth Marketing

• Own the strategy and optimization of WellTheory's email and direct mail programs
• Drive performance through segmentation, personalization, creative testing, and sequencing improvements
• Design and run structured experiments: from hypothesis, establishing a baseline, estimating an expected delta, and establishing clear KPIs
• Analyze the end-to-end enrollment funnel, identify drop-off points, and develop clear recommendations for optimizations — then execute on them
• Monitor all performance data daily and weekly; be one of the first people to know when something breaks or something's working
• Partner with employer and health plan clients to support successful member enrollment — including responding to client communications and creating one-pagers and enablement materials
• Present performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and with conviction
