About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owning client implementation plans end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success
Managing multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines
Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear internal specs
Serving as the primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders
Coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care
Anticipating and resolving implementation risks with urgency and care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, ideally in digital health, benefits, or adjacent B2B2C environments
Are a relationship-driven communicator
Are a structured project manager
Are analytical and detail-oriented
Bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
Are adaptable and resourceful
Have deep empathy for the autoimmune experience
