About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on user growth, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations
- Collaborate with Care leadership to define and monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing strategy
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan staffing accordingly
- Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements
- Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows that align people and process across the care journey
- Support hiring plans, onboarding ramp timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management roles
- Proven experience managing workforce models or staffing frameworks, ideally in healthcare, tech, or service delivery
- Deeply analytical and enjoy using data to solve complex resourcing challenges — comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong project management skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a startup environment
- Communicate well across teams and can translate business needs into operational plans
- Energized by working in a mission-driven, early-stage environment where your work has direct impact
