Call Center Representative

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders
• Actively promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention
• Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate

Medical Director

• Provide oversight, medical guidance and support to the full spectrum of WellSky’s clinical management acute, emergency department, and post-acute care solutions and programs
• Lead improvements of post-acute clinical programs by driving strategy, design, and implementation
• Provide timely expert medical review for acute (ED) and post-acute care services (SNF, IRF, LTACH, HH)
• Collaborate with acute ED providers to coordinate and/or support care transitions
• Document clinical review findings, actions, and outcomes per policy and in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Vice President

• Play a vital role in shaping the solution portfolio by architecting the vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, client insights and business goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to launch and represent the vision and plans to other WellSky leaders.
• Create and determine ownership of solution performance metrics that influence market analysis for complex business cases, and ensure delivery of financial results and client satisfaction.
• Lead a high degree of collaboration and joint planning with engineering leadership, design team structures to support the development goals, and ensure effective partnerships across the team in order to evaluate client experience and areas of opportunity.
