About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete testing and validation tasks within established timelines to support client go-live schedules.
- Analyze table configurations, standard operating procedures, and software solution questionnaires to determine validation strategy and modify scripts for execution.
- Identify and document issues or errors encountered during testing that deviate from the client-provided collateral, and relay findings to senior team members or management for review and resolution.
- Work closely with the project team to provide updates on testing progress, discuss concerns, and address issues promptly with the assigned owner.
- Maintain proficient understanding of at least one solution platform and demonstrate ability to learn additional platforms across the business unit.
- Prepare written communications to the client on validation status updates, review with senior team members or management, and deliver to appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Experience working with the WellSky Transfusion solution
- Current ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification
- Experience with software validation, testing, or quality assurance in a regulated healthcare environment (preferred)
- Experience working with WellSky Blood Centers and/or WellSky Biotherapies solutions (preferred)
