• E-Commerce & Performance – Du baust Onlineshop, Performance Marketing und Analytics gezielt aus und steuerst das Geschäft über klare Kennzahlen.
• Produkt & Sortiment – Du richtest das Sortiment (unter anderem Fashion-Produkte) an saisonalen Zyklen aus, optimierst die Produktentwicklung und findest neue strategische Geschäftsfelder für das Unternehmen.
• Wachstum & Märkte – Du baust DACH weiter als profitablen Kernmarkt auf und legst die Basis für eine Internationalisierung im nächsten Schritt.
• Team & Kultur – Du entwickelst das bestehende Team weiter und schaffst eine Performance-Kultur mit klaren Zielen und verbindlichem Jahresplan.
