  • E‑commerce experience – You have built or led an e‑commerce business as a founder, CEO or senior leader of a D2C brand, ideally in the fashion sector with seasonal business.
  • Data‑driven leadership – You have managed a business using clear KPIs and know which levers in the online store and performance marketing truly matter.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – You win over team members, customers and shareholders for your vision and remain calm and decisive in challenging situations.
  • English – You communicate at negotiation/business level with international partners (business‑fluent English).
