About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take overall leadership of the company across all areas and bear full responsibility for business results.

Requirements
What you’ll need- E‑commerce experience – You have built or led an e‑commerce business as a founder, CEO or senior leader of a D2C brand, ideally in the fashion sector with seasonal business.
- Data‑driven leadership – You have managed a business using clear KPIs and know which levers in the online store and performance marketing truly matter.
- Entrepreneurial spirit – You win over team members, customers and shareholders for your vision and remain calm and decisive in challenging situations.
- English – You communicate at negotiation/business level with international partners (business‑fluent English).
