About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take overall leadership of the company across all functions and hold full responsibility for business results.
  • You report directly to the shareholders and help shape the company’s direction for the coming years.
  • E-commerce & Performance – You scale the online shop, performance marketing and analytics, and manage the business using clear KPIs.
  • Product & Assortment – You align the assortment with fashion and seasonal cycles, optimize product development, and identify new strategic business opportunities for the company.
  • Growth & Markets – You further develop the DACH region as a profitable core market and lay the groundwork for subsequent international expansion.
  • Team & Culture – You develop the existing team and foster a performance culture with clear goals and a binding annual plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • E-commerce experience – You have built or led an e-commerce company, as a founder, CEO or senior leader in a D2C brand, ideally in fashion with a seasonal business model.
  • Data-driven leadership – You have steered a business using clear metrics and know which levers in the online shop and performance marketing really matter.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – You win over team members, customers and shareholders for your vision and remain calm during challenging phases.
  • English – You communicate at a business/negotiation level with international partners.
